Group Personal Training

Group personal training our cheapest option for personal training. These sessions are higher in numbers, yes, but they are also high energy and based around our core fundamentals that all types of our personal training are. You will get an extremely high level of attention and care from our coaches.

Our Group Personal Training sessions have space for around 16 people. There is loads of spcae to train with like minded individuals who will help push you towards your goals. Everyone starts with a one-to-one evaluation to help you set your goals.
