40 MIN SESSION
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit.
SPIN
40 MIN SESSION
A form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle.
FITCAMP
40 MIN SESSION
Morning workout very similar to circuits but just for the early risers. Our Fitcamp sessions are a form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics and exercises.
BODYSTRONG
40 MIN SESSION
This workout is the original barbell class that shapes, tones and strengthens your entire body. This will help you achieve strength and introduce lean body muscle conditioning.
SPIN STRENGTH
40 MIN SESSION
Class is split into 2 groups. Group 1 will do a high intense spin circuit on the bikes, Group 2 will do a strength circuit really focusing on compound movements
STRONGCON
40 MIN SESSION
Class is split into 2 groups. Group 1 will do a strength circuit with our Bodypump barbells, Group 2 will do a high intense conditioning circuit. A real strength and conditioning workout.
FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS
40 MIN SESSION
Our toughest class. HIIT is a cardio session arranged as short bursts of very hard work. The whole point of high-intensity training is to kick up the intensity of your cardio.
